Vivi was nominated for the Mayor's Citizenship Award by one of her teachers. I'm not quite sure why she is getting better as she becomes a teenager, but I am very grateful. The council member presenting the award commented that this made him feel old because he remembered when she was born. She has grown up awfully fast.
